come join us maximum 8 people , we will relax into the ebb and flow of the ocean with some beach meditation where we will relax enjoy some essential oils and sprays to awaken our senses , sound chimes to hear , snacks to taste awaken your taste buds , sauna for some heat and sea ( optional ) beach grounding can be done instead of sea dip this is a truly immersive morning done once a month , come join us for this amazing experience with debbie
