It’s a fully guided, sensory sauna ritual led by a sauna master, beginning with meditation and aromatic löyly steam using essential oils. You’ll experience traditional oak and birch vihtas to boost circulation and refresh the skin, plus breaks with herbal tea, fruit, cool water, and seasonal organic body scrubs.

 

The session also includes a nourishing rosemary and lavender hair oil treatment. It’s a restorative, multi-step wellness experience for individuals, friends, or small groups of up to six.
