sunday 24th august starting at 08.30 am with pauline with some movement then onto chaz with some sound bath then 10-11 dip in dip out sauna sessions for a 30 min heat up before if you don't want to dip it after for a quick heat up to end your day 2 sessions this is session 1 10-10.30 sauna £5
