come join us fir another immersive morning meeting at 11am sunday 7th sept for 1 hour sea dip and sauna dip followed by hot drinks then onto the forest for some hammock time with meditation , essential oils by dottera and a truly unique opportunity to float away into your own cocoon of happy❤️

come join us for our sunday morning forest therapy session
meeting 11am at the biscuit fittie
11-12 sauna / beach grounding / sea dip
then moving onto the forest therapy at the back of brig of balgownie we shall immerse ourselves into the forest , supported by the earth the trees and the hammocks the river going by the birdsong our ritual tea , music , guided meditation it's a truly wonderful way to reset , self care , recharge
