On Saturday 25th October, 12–3pm, you are warmly invited to the Calm Space Yurt, Auchnagatt, Ellon — a sanctuary nestled in nature, where time slows and the senses can truly awaken.

We will begin by stepping softly into the forest, letting the stillness guide us home to ourselves. Through forest therapy, the quiet whisper of trees, the earth beneath our feet, and the rhythm of the seasons will remind us of the deep connection we hold with the natural world.

Returning to the yurt, you’ll be held in a circle of calm, gently guided through meditation — a chance to release what no longer serves you, and welcome in clarity, presence, and ease.

From there, we invite you into the embrace of fire and water: the comforting heat of the sauna melting away tension, followed by the invigorating freshness of a cold plunge…
