Granite Sea Girls Chaga Ritual Night

Come join us as we celebrate the power of the mushroom that is Chaga , Chaga is medicine , in this evening we shall be cleansing or bodies with warm Chaga water , face , hands , feet , we shall drink warming Chaga and cacao tea to help balance our inner wellbeing , we shall use our Chaga water which will have been infused with the Chaga through boiling to release its healing properties we shall then take it in turns to pour our water into the stones creating Chaga loyly which we shall breathe in , helping our respiratory tract , nasal tract , great for asthma , hay fever , migraine sufferers as you are breathing in all the goodness in the steam that is in the sauna . We shall have Chaga tincture drops  under our tongue and a Chaga face mask while we sit in outside space 🔥A truly beautiful evening £30 per person , 

This will also include a sea dip and some cacao / Chaga tea and some brand new Chaga infused energy bites from Tim at nourished and refuelled and of course your sauna time 🔥
