next up , a wee collab with @highlandmoss so forest therapy , plants , meditation , when pamela suggested i look at the moss balls well what can i say , the story behind these i love it , marimo moss balls are actually fresh water algae that grow from the inside out to form these balls these are found naturally in freshwater lakes in scotland and japan ( where forest therapy first started ) so we thought this would be an amazing workshop , we shall start the event with some ritual tea , we will select our moss balls and jars and decorate to our hearts desire , we will continue onto our mats among the plants to do some yoga nidra to relax and ground us ready for going home to bed this is a truly special event spaces are limited to 8 drop me a message…
