Lithuanian pirtis 2 hour session

This will be a 2 hour Lithuanian pirtis event held fully in the sauna space , I limit the numbers to 6 instead of the 10 seats available , so you can fully immerse in the experience , this will include oak and birch whisks , these trees hold such powerful anti inflammatory and anti microbial properties , we will be doing salt inhalation amazing for your pulmonary fibres at this time of year , we will have essential oils , head massage , body whisking , Siberian fir essential oils to help our immune systems stay sharp ,lots of other treats you just need to come along to see 2 hours for the best Friday sauna experience ever , it will also be dark so will also be pretty atmospheric with the fire and twinkly lights
