come join us for a beautiful morning , we shall start our day with some fruit tea , we shall do a an invigoration scrub of the body with homemade coffee and orange oil to awaken our senses ,this sauna experience is all about awakening you to the best you can be for 2025 , no need to sea dip cold contrast therapy can be done within the sauna experience , we will inhale the forest with essentail oils from the scottish pine forests , we will use birch and oak whisks to cleanse and awaken our souls using these to invigorate the skin and stimulate blood flow.
