About the event
Paula will be attending to show everyone 75 mins onland water safety , how to spot a rip , the importance of a tow float and why we wear them , Paula will share with us the knowledge you will need moving forward to use in any body of water you find yourself in , the risks with water can be huge so if you can be prepared then you should , come join us this day which will start on the land , then onto the sea where we will learn vital life saving skills and how to float for safety , this course is invaluable in so many ways , knowledge is power , so this will help you make sure your keeping yourself as safe as you can , and always remember if in doubt stay out , there’s always another day and another swim spot this session will then be finished by an open session in sea biscuit sauna where you can then dip in and out of the sea as you please , Please note this event time is changeable and will be amended due to tide times nearer the event so please allow for your whole day to be free. The course itself and the sauna is approx 3 hours 30 mins in total Please note you must bring a tow float
