Meeting at Sea Biscuit Sauna at 8.45am

Yoga 9am -10am

Sauna 10am - 11 am

We will do some beautiful dru yoga with Chazared on the beach then a sea dip then up to the Sea biscuit for a hot and cold repeat dip

And a beautiful herbal tea, sauna scents and sauna whisks
