Soul healing breathwork & Sea dip sauna with Nicole & Debbie

Breathwork 

Nicole will guide you through reiki breathwork, slowly starting listening to the waves crashing with some background music the breaths will deepen over time helping your body to release stagnant energy & any tension in the body & to help you heal on a cellular level. Reiki will be given throughout to help realign your energies and connect you back to your body. Ending with a self-love meditation to journey back to one’s self adding in sounds of the crystal bowls to finish in peace and tranquillity alongside the sounds of the elements. Warning (can be emotional) 

We will then sit in our circle and enjoy a warning herbal Aryuvedic tea and snack before sea dipping and heading into Sea Bicsuit Sauna to detox and sweat out any toxins, leaving us feeling light and recharged,
