Sunset Supper club and Sound Bath

Come join us for a truly immersive night of sound healing , perfect way to relax and restart ready for the week ahead .  We will start our evening at 5.30 at Sea Biscuit Sauna where we will watch the sunset, sweat away our worries and toxins while sipping some seabuckthorn shots to boost our immune systems . We will then head round to our favourite spot at fittie hall where we enjoy a delicious meal at the long table filling our bodies with nutrient rich foods. This will not be a heavy meal but a plant based offering delivering healthy vitamins and minerals to your system . After our food we will take to our mats , thankful with our full bellies ready to listen and absorb the healing vibrations of the sound bowls and the visuals , your truly in for the most wonderful Sunday evening.
