Swing into Summer MAYHEM

Well fit ya wait for let’s swing into summer, you will honesty leave here feeling the best version of you that you could possibly be. We are going to start our day with some gentle shaking and waking the soul with soulsa with Lou, I met Lou at an event I attend and just loved her energy you will too did I mention there’s a light up tambourine? oh aye! Then we will go take a wee walk round to Sea Biscuit for some sauna time to detox our bodies of any toxins that we haven’t shook out with all the dancing. After our wee seaside jaunt we will head back to the hall for a spot of lunch ( hopefully in the garden if the suns oot ) after our lunch we will head to our mats for some lovely relaxing dru yoga with Chahrazed flowing us nicely into meditation to end our day all relaxed and ready to take on a new week ahead!
