come join us for our monthy secret sauna club away day , this month we will be heading down to our freind judith at st andrews seaside sauna leaving aberdeen at 8am to head to st andrews sauna and sausage softies on the beach , sauna slot 11-12 , fruit kebabs , afternoon wander

come join us for our secret sauna club away day this month we are heading to the kingdom of fife , st andrews seaside sauna , sausage softies on the beach , leaving aberdeen at 8am we shall meet at at andrews beach before heading into the sauna 11-12 is our slot , then some fruit kebabs , and a sea dip , meditation and relaxation on the beach bring yer yoga mat , a wee walk along either the fife coastal path or into the centre which ever takes yer fancy then back up to the deen leaving about 4 home about 6.30pm , everything is provide for your day just bring your towel and swim kit and warm clothes for after all food and drinks provided
