this is a fully immersive reset for the full body , this will include meditation on the grass or hammocks weather depending , a fully immersive guided sauna session with various seasonal plants and herbal tea , various sounds , music , full body wash and cleansing with the oak and birch whisks ,body scrub and foot cleanse , with natural products nature based , thermal massage bringing heat to the body and vital fresh blood delivery around the whole body, cold plunge in a cast iron bath then to end the experience by the fire pit with herbal tea weather permitting we can also use the yurt close our day , this is for those looking to fully escape and immerse into the experience
